Please take a moment to thoroughly read and understand the following Terms and Conditions

1. Global Authentics LLC will render opinions within a period of 24 hours from the time of receipt of the image.
   If the Digital Review request is submitted after business hours 8 am – 5 pm PST we will render an opinion on the next business day and or weekend.
2. If scans are illegible or blurry we have the right to render no opinion if no other images are supplied and issue a refund.
3. Items consisting of team signed items such as baseballs or bats will not be accepted via the Digital Review process
   and must be sent to Global Authentics LLC for the CSI (Complete Signature Identification) process.
4. We will honor the Digital Review opinion for 14 days from the day that the opinion was given. A credit of the $10.00 fee will be issued towards the regular published prices on our website www.globalauthentics.com.
5. Global Authentics LLC makes no warranty or representation and shall have no liability whatsoever to Customer for the opinion rendered by Global Authentics LLC Digital Review in connection with the purchase (or non-purchase) or sale of any item.
6. Global Authentics LLC (Digital Review) opinions are non- transferable, and Customer agrees to the following with respect to dissemination of any Digital Review opinion Customer receives from Digital Review with respect to any item (a) that Digital Review are not to be disclosed to any third party; (b) that Digital Review opinions are confidential and may not be reproduced or distributed without consent of Global Authentics LLC.
7. Global Authentics LLC Digital Review opinions are not to be considered as a formal COA (Certificate of Authenticity) therefore a Global Authentics LLC Digital Review Opinion can not be used to fortify the credibility of an item posted for sale in a physical store or in an online auction provider such as eBay.
8. Except as expressly set forth herein, Global Authentics LLC disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Digital Review process.
9. The courts of San Diego, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any claim arising from Customer's use of Global Authentics LLC Digital Review, and THE PARTIES IRREVOCABLY WAIVE THEIR RIGHTS TO A TRIAL BY JURY WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUCH CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM.
